Every completed translation is double checked for quality by a proofreader and editor before we deliver the finished document to you (​At an added cost and upon demand).

RATES
Translation rates vary from language to language. The complete cost-effort is determined by evaluating the word count + language pair + + domain + file format/editing effort required + QA cycles required + turnaround time available.

HOW DO YOU SHARE DOCUMENTS FOR A QUOTATION?
You can send us the document by e-mail as a zipped file if the file size is less than 10 MB. 
For files larger in size than 10 MB, we can create a secure FTP access for you to upload files to.

Documents that are translated to English using TRADOS!
Will we proofread/revise the translation for you with the aid of the CAT tool? 
In essence, Machine Translations are good for getting a gist of a simple correspondence at best. But, do not do a professional job!
For all official purposes, translations are and must be performed by a professional human translator. 
As a principle, we not undertake proofreading/revision of a machine translated text for that is unacceptable to us as professionals.

How do we manage confidentiality of documents that you share maintaining GDPR?
We sign individual agreements with every client on every translation project we work on and provide you with a signed certificate as ATA members

Do we include repetitive words like 'the' and 'a/an, etc.' in the word count for translation?
These are a part and parcel of a language’s grammar. Stripped of these, there would be no language to translate from and the translation would make no sense.
For instance, there are nuances in meaning of “the Client” and “A Client”. (“The Client” is a specific client, “a Client” could be any client).
The meaning of the translation will change without these articles and thus are not discounted from the word count for translation.
